What Is Satvic Lifestyle?

Greetings dear friend, and a very warm welcome to Satvic Lifestyle. The name given to me at birth is Satvika, and I am eternally grateful and honoured to have it. My name comes from the word ‘sattvic’ which is an adjective used to describe someone or something that has ‘sattva’, which is actually a Sanskrit word meaning ‘purity’. These two words are so vast and in depth in their context and meaning that I cannot, and will not attempt to, try and encompass all of it in this short introduction. But rather, I invite and encourage you to explore all areas of this site space where we will regularly be sharing interesting, valuable, mind-opening and life-changing knowledge and information that will allow your understanding on the topic to be enhanced.
